How do I stop MacBook Pro from asking "Allow" when I coonect my USB deivice?

Disable Connected Device Notifications:

You need a Silicon Mac with macOS Ventura or later. You also need to be the administrator. Using Restrictive Mode, you might be able to avoid this all together,
