i just got my new iphone16 pro max... i need to transfer my content from my 14 to it ... how do i do that

My service provider activated my new iphone 16pro max yesterday before I transferred all my info from my 14pro max or my iCloud data…it shut off my phone call ability…. I’ve never set one up on my own before… how do I transfer all my data and iCloud before I have to move my SIM card?
