Emergency call service (not SOS) glitch?

Just accidentally opened the emergency call dial (when you swipe up on lock screen, bottom left corner) and saw that it looked like I had been on an emergency call for over 48 hours (maybe days, I didn't get a good look)... I immediately ended the call but there's no history of a call in my log and I've been on the phone since then. I think it's probably all good from the standpoint of not accidentally calling 911, but I'm wondering if this is potentially having an effect on the performance of my phone somehow or my battery life, and also just curious if anyone else has had this experience!

Never heard of this but regardless…not sure how you would see something indicating you had been on an emergency call for over 48 hours from just now accidentally opening the emergency call dialer (that’s also not typically how you access that feature so that’s more strange). If a call occurred and was active when you looked at your screen it would have been clear without accidentally opening the emergency call dialer. No one can answer if thing that you saw had any potential effect on the performance of your phone. Are you having issues with performance? Issues with battery? If this isn’t a new phone and you have battery issues lots of things could play a part (age, usage, apps running in the background, battery health and if it’s time to replace the battery, etc). You can look at your battery info in settings and see if anything abnormal seems to have recently used a lot more battery than expected.
