iPhone drops emergency calls routinely

When I call emergency services I'll frequently talk on the phone for several minutes than look at the phone and see that it ended the call between one and three minutes into the call without any kind of audible notification or confirmation. Also typically my phone is on lock screen and was before the call ended so it isn't even possible for me to have pressed the end button.

This is extremely problematic and an illegal defect so warranty or no warranty I need this to be addressed and fixed since this is the phone I rely on for now as a 21 year old who has lost their job and is in crisis.

This is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate here. Everyone posting and commenting are fellow Apple users, just like you.

Drop calls are generally the result of issues with your cellular service provider. I would urge you to contact them as soon as possible. Many have stores with technicians that can troubleshoot your device and their service.

You’re also welcome to contact Apple Support. You may want to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
