Within the last few months, our IPhones are dropping calls. (X, 12, & 15). We can be on a call for a few minutes and all the sudden the call drops. There are also times, where I can hear the person on the other end, but they can’t hear me. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

This would seem a Carrier issue if happening on two / three (?) separate phones... Contact the Carrier

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET
If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

The problem is the spotty coverage from your cellular carrier, not the update.
Thanks, it’s happening on all three phones. All 3 phones have the latest software update. We hadn’t had issues until recently. We have spotty cell service, so we use WiFi calling and haven’t had any dropped calls since we started using it. Seems like the problem started with the latest updates.
