iphone calls picking up without answering

(From my mom) Sometimes when someone calls, the phone will ring twice and if I don't pick up, the caller can still hear me on my end. Creepy - what's happening and how do I fix it?

Check Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Call Audio Routing>Auto-Answer Calls and see if that is turned on.
