After years of public outcry, why is the Magic Mouse 3 charging port still on the bottom?

magic mouse charging port location is maddening A comment. Apple's design decision to put the charging port on the bottom of the magic mouse is a poor one. It means you can't use the mouse while it is charging. Apple, please move the port in the next mouse design, and make it USB C.

my Magic Mouse 2 doesn't charging and the firmware update my Magic Mouse 2 doesn't charging but can connect using wire . the firmware also change from 1.9.2 to 8.6.0 . can anyone identify the problems??

Magic Mouse 2 is not charging My Magic Mouse 2 is not charging. I looked at videos on how to charge the mouse. I search for answers on why it is not charging. It seams that I do everything that is necessary to replenish the battery but nothing work ! Is there a trick I don't know about ?
