Tersely-worded questions can be surprisingly difficult to answer.
I’m not entirely sure what is being asked, nor then where this question might be headed.
Some possibly-related details, and some possibly-related background:
I’m hesitant to ask for screenshots of your app analytics, as I don’t know what else is included in the app analytics data you’re looking at.
Could you provide a few more words around this, or a screenshot with the messge(s) shown and any sensitive data expunged?
This is mostly an android thing..
Is your iPhone jailbroken?
That’s the thing I have had countless conversations with support about this issue and I have long thought that it was compromised in some way and yes by someone who has had access and has an android device. Long time here. Like several years because they know more than what they should know about and has never admitted that they had but has taken my phone and has used my fingerprint or even used my code to get it open after learning it. I don’t think they think much about privacy and security but I am going through data at like three times the amount my phone should be and this phone is a year old and my battery is not keeping charge and lights up for no reason and I swear to goodness I don’t get calls that I should be able to get and my apps don’t work sometimes. I had my passcode change from a four to a six “by itself”. I have two different iPhones both of them are different apple ids and they both do the same thing. Separate lines of service and I had to get the second one when I got locked out of my first one because I didn’t have the right passcode and I couldn’t remember my password and it was a year later that I sat up out of a dead sleep and remembered it. Wrote it down and then got on support to get it all unlocked and then back in the phone. I paid for the line the entire time too mind you. But could not use it. So I am no longer with that person but I am still dealing with this situation and I would like to know that I am not dealing with this anymore. Other than starting over with a new Apple ID and factory reset everything I have spent hours trying to get help about it with support and get no where. Made to feel like I was crazy or paranoid about it and then still having to deal with the same problem again and again. It’s not cool. I know that something is going on but I don’t know enough to tell what it is or what it’s doing but I am worried that it’s broadcasting my life out there somewhere and it’s harming my ability to do anything like be able to work and earn a living if someone is playing God with my life and my phone. Google says I should be getting calls for my business and I am not. I have fake yelp reviews and the only person I hear from sometimes is the person who is doing it to me and I hate it. I need to get my life back and my phone back and I can’t get any body to help me do that. It’s madness. I just need my phone to work and then figure out what is being done and is it the two people that I think it is. Just stop screwing with people lives and move on and leave me alone and I don’t know what to do. I have contacted apple support literally monthly and have spent hours trying to get help and I get no where and how much time and energy do I have to waste to get it done? I just need to get it done and I don’t know who can help me or how to do it.
Your initial post here is entirely unrelated to your reply. Like, not at all.
You’re not going to get any new or different answers around here for what you’re now reporting in your reply.
Not for anything that hasn’t already been suggested and considered and acted upon,
Not for a case that has been ongoing for years, with “countless conversations” with Apple Support, and likely also with other replies you’ve posted elsewhere.
Where to go from here? You can either learn about and perform forensics or pay somebody to perform forensics.
It is entirely possibles — if not likely — that a security review and forensics will find nothing, too.
And it’s always possible that what you’re reporting here is arising has a different cause.
