Insufficient iCloud storage for Gmail account in Family Sharing

My doughter, has a Gmail account in my family account but she recieve message "no more space please up grade i Cloud dimension".

icloud storage is almost full I keep getting messages that my icloud storage is almost full (4.8GB out of 5GB), yet we have family sharing enabled and there is 195GB of storage remaining. Why does it keep telling me I need to upgrade my storage?

How to share iCloud storage across my two Apple ID Accounts I have my main Apple ID on here and an old email I just got back into. I have the 2TB of storage on my main ID and no storage left on my old account i know I can share storage with family, but can I have the option to just share it with another account of mine? I’ve deleted photos from the old account to free up 1GB so I could receive emails and change a password on another account, but I’m not receiving emails anymore. I want to be able to use my 2TB on all my accounts instead of just one kinda weird it’s so easy to share with other ppl, but not with your own accounts. Any help? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Gmail as an Apple ID has nothing to do with this.

I have never seen the word "dimension" used in connection with iCloud.

How did she receive this message? If it was email, I would start off by being suspicious of a phishing attempt.
