Find My Can’t see anyone’s location i share with

everything is on like i’m sharing my location and find my is completely on but i can’t see any of my friends location i need help figuring out what to do because this hasn’t happened to me before and i have a new phone. they can see me but i can’t see them. please help

Sharing your location with your friends doesn't automatically grant you the ability to see their location. They have to set their iPhones to share their location with you before you can then see where they are.
