How to make Apple intelligence inline icon appear? - MacOS

Sometimes, when I type and then click Command, the Apple Intelligence icon appears. I can click on it to easily access the writing tools. I’m trying to figure out how to make this pop up anytime I want, instead of it appearing randomly.

Spell suggestion in my Touch Bar disappeared after macOS Ventura update I recently updated to ventura and noticed that the spell suggestion in my Touch Bar is no longer here. By default on my old operating systems It was automatically built in to the Touch Bar. How do I get this back? I have attached some screen shots. Would I need to reinstall the update? I have gone through everything that it doesn't look like my screen shot any help thanks I am on Ventura 13.4 [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Safari Icon opens the messages app.... 2020 MacBook Pro 13" - after latest Ventura update, the Safari icon on my desktop opens the messages app....I've rearranged the icons in my bottom bar, but clicking the Safari icon still defaults to opening the messages app...I have to finder search Safari in order to open it. This along with a host of other Venture bugs has me quite perplexed.
