My monitor started an odd flicker and ghosting of images almost immediately (less than 5 minutes) after performing macOS 15.1 update. Monitor is connected via HDMI and has not had this problem with any monitor in the past.

I have (temporarily) resolved the issue by:
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 15.0
Just to summarize, this issue is not specific to Anker dock IMO - since I use the same dock and external monitor (Dell U3415W) with other laptops without any flickering or blanking issues.

Same issue, flickering screen since the upgrade to 15.1 on a M1 Mac Studio using a USB-C to display port cable.
It is a little nuts for them to recommend new hardware for something they broke in software.

I tried a new TB4 cable and that made no difference. It still shows firmware 1.2.9 so no updates from Anker
Edit: toggling HDR has no effect. I also “repaired” the Anker 778 dock firmware with no improvement.
Yeah, super unfortunate. Turning HDR off worked for a few minutes then the screen started flickering again. If I find a solution, I’ll post it. Please do the same, thanks.
Good idea. I emailed Anker with my findings & a link to this discussion, maybe they can do something to address the issue from their end.

But I Connect USB c directly on MacBook. I’m not use Anker
