Snapchat device ban on NEW iPhone 16 Pro

Hi everyone, a couple months ago i was device banned on snapchat on my iphone 14 pro max and resorted to using my iphone 13 to make a new account, which worked fine, i then later switched to use an iPhone se for my snapchat as i sold the iPhone 13. Fast forward to today, my iPhone 16 pro arrived today which i set up however i was greeted with the same error code SS06 that was shown on the iPhone 14 pro max that i was originally using. This is extremely strange and confusing as this is a BRAND new phone so how could it be device banned? Especially considering the iPhone se and iPhone 13 didn’t have this device ban error show up?

Yep already done that, and she basically just disregarded my points and said they can’t help any further.

HOWEVER, i have another idea of what happened.

So i checked my device name in icloud and noticed it was the same as the iphone that was banned, which doesn’t seem much, but what reinforces that is that when i log in to the original account on my new 16 pro, it comes up with my appeal. (fyi the appeal only comes up on the specific device that is dedicated to the banned account, which was the 14 pro max in my situation) so i’m suggesting that somehow when i was setting up this new phone using the iphone 14 pro max, it could have cloned some details leading to snapchat thinking this is the same phone as the banned one.
