Unable to use Snapchat on my iPhone 13 Pro

I got a used iPhone 13 Pro and when I tried getting Snapchat it said error device banned? I know what this means but why can’t I use it I have nothing to do with the person who got banned. Someone please help I already tried support and they said they couldn’t lift the ban

Not an Apple issue, if Snapchat support can't help you then there is nothing you can do.

Contact Snapchat, and let them know of this issue.


Use Quick Start for this Sale:

When purchasing a used iPhone, the seller should sign out of iCloud and then reset it to factory settings. From there, use Quick Start to Transfer the Data to the New iPhone/ So, reset your new iPhone to factory settings, and then perform Quick Start transfer. Then, try this once more.
