Unable to use Snapchat on my iPhone 13 Pro

SnapChat bans both the device and the user account. The person who sold you the phone knew that they and the phone were banned.

If SnapChat won't lift the ban, there is nothing else that you can do. Ask for a refund......the seller likely never told you about the ban on the phone.

Apple is not involved with this in any way.

Not an Apple issue, if Snapchat support can't help you then there is nothing you can do.

Contact Snapchat, and let them know of this issue.

Use Quick Start for this Sale:

When purchasing a used iPhone, the seller should sign out of iCloud and then reset it to factory settings. From there, use Quick Start to Transfer the Data to the New iPhone/ So, reset your new iPhone to factory settings, and then perform Quick Start transfer. Then, try this once more.
