Wrongly charged for a free trial app and now I can’t even claim for a refund because I can’t see it in purchase history or subscription

I downloaded an app called picsart which had a 7 days free trial version.the moment I subscribed to the free trial version money got deducted from my bank account. Worst part, the app doesn’t reflect in my purchase history not can I see it in subscription. The payment was made through UPI and I directly received a message from my bank stating that the amount for a year has been deducted. I don’t know how to claim for a refund. I don’t know if I can ever trust apple purchase because it’s clearly unsafe. Please help
