Apple Intelligence stuck at Preparing on my 15 pro max for 18 hours long

I fixed this issue by resetting all of my settings. It allowed me to turn on Apple Intelligence with a slider bar after I turned my phone back on. However now it has been stuck in an endless download phase for an entire day and won’t allow any Apple Intelligence features to work on my phone. 😓 waiting for some kind of fix that will allow it to finish downloading and become fully operational.
