iPhone System Services/General consume a lot of mobile data

I would like track down what the "General" in System Services and how to stop it. I have never had this issue before IOS 18. It could have something reset to default settings during the IOS18 upgrade

I have turned off all App Store automated downloads and turned off using mobile data for App Store Downloads. I have set Low Data Mode in Mobile Data settings. What is using so much data under “General Services” on my iPhone 15 Pro? My General services have taken me over my data limit twice this month. This has never happened before. I went to my provider who hasn’t a clue why it’s used 6gb of data. They said everything that’s normally data heavy is turned off. The only thing I’ve installed this month is nord vpn. Cellular Data usage Hi so I recently cleared my data usage report because I was getting so much data usage and I wanted to see what was draining my data and the thing using my data is system services and it’s the media services in system services it used 400 mb in 10 minutes what is media services in system services
