iCloud backup error with no explanation on iPad and iPhone
I have 6TB of iCloud data storage available. I am only using 500GB of it. It is shared by my IPAD and IPHONE. It is turned on. When i try to back up my data to the iCloud, i continue to get an error message with no explanation. This has been happening for several months and i am very frustrated. How do i get this resolved?
