Due to system hardware requirements not available to your iPhone 14 Pro, your iPhone fundamentally does not support Apple Intelligence.
That model isn't capable of Apple Intelligence.

Sorry, Apple Intelligence is only exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro models & all of the newest iPhone 16 models.
It's because they have enough Neural Engine processing power & enough RAM (8 GB's worth) to have Apple Intelligence run properly on-device. The older iPhone devices below the iPhone 15 Pro models don't have either.
You'll just have to upgrade to any iPhone 16 model to have Apple's AI.
