AirPods' hearing test failed, says due to background noise

Retook the test 3 times. says that it failed due to too much background noise. Environment seemed very quiet to me.

Hearing Test does not work on my AirPods I am in an absolutely quiet room. I do the hearing test and it says it couldn't complete the test cause of excessive background noise tried it many times same error. The only noise would be me breathing. The main reason I got these AirPods Pro was for the hearing aid part [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It must be very very quiet. It took me multiple times to get through it without that error. I finally ended up shutting myself in my car in the garage while the dogs were napping and my wife was reading a book upstairs in the house to get it to accept the results.

I put a watch cap and hood over the air pods and it worked.
