Hello. I updated to 18.1 and i cant use call recording. When im getting call there's no button at all, when im calling someone before they pick up i have the call record button, but its gray. Is this because i am in Europe region? IF its not available in EU right now, will it be in the future?

Yes, you are correct, since its not available in EU and other few regions, it shows the recording icon grey shaded. Even I am having same issue on my 15 pro max but hopefully soon in future all countries will allow this functionality.

I found problem , If your region is like as me turkey or other region and is not active call recording , change your region to USA and call recording will active for you

Yes i have same problem. My preferred language set to sinhala. If i chaging language to english. Call record working. Again set to sinhala. Icon disappeared after call answer. I try change language while call recording. It stoped.

You have to do it after you are on the call
First of all, I read the article that you linked to, I checked everything on YouTube and after making a call, the call recording icon does not appear, whether I call or they call me.
