I work for a university and I have a student who is unable to get out onto the internet after she updated her device to 15.1 and her one drive and other applications can't sync due to this issue. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I found that every time I couldn't connect to the 5G wireless network, rebooting the modem would solve the problem. Other devices have no problems at all, only this M1 chip MacBook upgraded to 15.1.1 requires me to do this for a 5G wireless connection. Any idea?

Force upgrade to 15.1 bc well otherwise basic features that could have been simple break all that was working.
Best as well, all the 3rd party tools I have require upgrades bc now Apple broke them too.
Starting to feel like Apple is missing the point of all of this.
Got same problem with Sequoia 15.1.1 (24B91) in Macbook Pro M1 PRO, now my laptop can't even detect 5G network that usually i use.
I try to check and connect with 2 of my Android phone it's working fine, no issue's with modem.
Any solution ? i did try to delete wifi service and re-enable but still not fix.
It could be the University Servers and Apples Private Relay
I did this too. But no connection.
I have connection with WiFi, got an ip, can ping external ip and also can I use dns name.

Same problem, nothing above works. Drops out of the 5Ghz connection for at least 30 minutes every day. If another update doesn't fix this soon, I'll have to downgrade to an older OS version.
So, How do we fix this issue????... I can’t open an email without loading all the content every single time...
I am not able to open my Active Trader Pro program and Facetime gives me a failed call every single time. This is extremely annoying.
