Trying to sign up to Business Connect.
It is asking me for a:
Federal Corp number -> my business is provincially incorporated and it is not accepting the number I input.
Document review -> I have my articles of incorporation from Ontario which should be sufficient.
When I 'send for review' I get an error on the first field: "Enter a valid ID"
I am unable to continue past this first step.

Yes, Canada is chosen with my Ontario address input successfully.
I was able to get the Domain Validation accepted as well, but the Fed Corp number is still blocking.
I have found in the support docs that it is looking for a 7 digit number, but both my company registration and tax registration numbers are 9 digits and are not accepted.
Government ID types accepted in Apple Business Connect - Apple Support (CA)
In Canada, you can be federally incorporated or provincially. It seems that they accept only the federal number in that field however.
You probably need to ask for the business support team.

Are you using a VPN? What region is your iPhone set for? Are you signing in with an Apple Account you use for business purposes, as I posted above?
Have you discussed this with Apple Support in Canada?
If you leave Government ID blank what happens? What other options are available if you click?

I am in Canada when accessing the internet. No VPN.
Not using an iphone. On a desktop, created a new apple account and now trying to create a business connect account for the first time.
Unable to change the Government ID option. Only Federal corp # accepted. I am not federally incorporated, I am provincially incorporated.
The 'send for review' button is not clickable if number is left out.
How do I contact support in Canada? The support link on that page basically brought me here.
