Family Sharing is using a Bad Apple ID

My Apple ID was recently phished and I lost everything and had to create a new one. My kids phone are in the family sharing with the old ID. I cannot approve the request to add them to a “new family”. They cannot download their apps or whatnot bc I cannot approve it. What now?
