Apple Mail will not connect through POP3 or IMAP over WIFI

Today, 10/29, around 3:00 pm eastern time, all of my devices and my wife's devices stopped connecting to our mail server when connected to our WIFI. Our email is on a hosted account on BlueHost, and I use POP3 and she uses IMAP to connect. Both through the Apple Mail App. Devices are two MacBook Pros (2019, and 2024) and two iPhones, a 14 Pro and a 16 Pro, all latest updates across the board. IOS 18, and Sequoia 15.

When we are in cellular mode on our phones, the iPhones connect to the mail accounts. When back on the WIFI network, they will not connect to accounts.

The first thing I thought of was there was something wrong with my WIFI - unfortunately, they didn't work at Panera either. So it isn't our WIFI. To be sure, I called Frontier and they confirmed that they are not blocking anything and I Factory Reset my router, an Eero 6 Pro.

I'm thinking maybe it's something with Apple? Any thoughts? Apple is the only common denominator.

I have been fielding questions about people not being able to connect to their email at all so the answer I have been giving them is that you remove you present email from Mail and re-enter it using the Google option and just on the off chance you are using a Hotmail or Outlook email you would do the same but use the Outlook.com option on a iPad or iPhone. On a Mac you would use the Microsoft Exchange option.
