Because the recycled Aluminum is a natural material, the color and texture may vary with time, wear, and exposure to your touch. This is expected behavior, and adds interesting character to each unique MacBook Pro in silver.
There is no configuration you can change to influence the color. If you continue to see the as "a Problem", you should make an Appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple-owned store for a free evaluation.
How old is your Macbook Pro?
Any change is color is not readily apparent to me in the image posted.
The aluminum is anodized to create an oxide coating that resists scratches but also slows natural age discoloration common to aluminum. However, it cannot stop discoloration 100%.
I have worked on people's old Macbook Pros that once had stickers here and there. Although overall the case color was a uniform tint of grey, it was lighter where the stickers had been. That suggests a slow environmental darkening of the coating that would have been completely upapparent were it not for the stickers masking some areas.

It's a cosmetic change that is not unexpected over time.
It will not affect the performance of the old laptop.
