Hello, Thanks for your kind response. I went to a local phone store who solved my issue. He set me up with a new Samsung phone which works really well and is easy to operate. It does the job really well.

Normally the red (-) means the feature has already been added and you tap on the (-) to remove it. If it has a green (+) it means it's not added, and you tap on it to add it.
