Unable to create a new Apple ID (CaptCha looping even after entering correct credentials)

I want to create a new Apple ID for my work email and I'm unable to do it because after entering all the correct information, you need to enter the characters on an image (CaptCha). Every time I enter it correctly, nothing happens and it keeps on asking for new entry to be added. It doesn't enter after more than 20 correct entries. The text seems to be correct because when I enter a wrong one, it gives me error there.

I tried using a different browser & also tried incognito as well. No luck.

I need this sorted out very urgently.

• How can I achieve this using a mac?.
• Is there other ways to create an apple account (My iPhone already has my personal Apple ID)?.
