Apple Watch challenge Malfunctioning

Good day Team what causes this? My challenge was 4 workouts am now on the fifth workout and the reward hasn’t been granted yet it actually says 5/4 workouts

Did you already force restart your watch and iPhone?

Press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

After that your award should be updated in the Fitness app.
