I have met the challenge set on 6 occasions so far this month (out of the 14 required to get the award), yet on the monthly challenge screen it is saying I have done it 4 times?

Did you already force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

This will trigger a new sync and your challenge statistics should be shown correctly again.
