That's probably not possible. Unless I've missed it somewhere, there's no Shortcuts action for triggering a Shortcut just on the end of a call.

That doesn't help me the most. Because I would like to set it to close the application or lock the phone after the end of the call. Because it happens to me that I call from the list which remains visible after the call ends. To mi ne pomaga največ.
