On a quick glance, that does look like a 2% drop, but you might not be aware of how Apple displays the Battery Health settings.
Apple always rounds any tenths of a percent down to a whole number. So, 92% might have really have been 92.9%, but that number is rounded down and displayed as 92%.
The actual drop might have been from 94.0% to 92.9%.....a drop of only 1.1%.
But......Battery Health is only important over longer periods of time. I've seen one phone display 98% for five months, then suddenly drop to 93% the next month.
All that you really need to remember is that the battery should be replaced when it is down to 80%. Everything else is pretty much meaningless.
