All images disappeared from purchases movies- help
My movie library on my ATV 4K appears completely void of images. Tried a restart and no luck. Can't find any way to get these bad. So glad I spent so much money on these...

Do images load for the Store tab? I would expect that the Library would get the images in the same manner.
I haven’t experienced this myself. If your Apple TV’s network connection is fine, and unless someone else chimes in with a new idea, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
