To add explanation to the previous thread, here is my scenario:

I have a high-end usb-C DAC connected to my iphone 16pro 6.3". I have a set of high-end (2-channel stereo) WIRED headphones connected to the analog output from that. i would like to use my headphones to listen to the content i am streaming on the apple tv. This content includes high-res (24-bit/48 kHz and 24-bit/96 kHz) audio. Other content includes Atmos sound. I would like to watch the video on my big screen TV, but hear the audio from my headphones.

i use the Apple Music app, and the Disney+ app.

I would expect this to be a feature of the Remote app, but don't find it.

Bluetooth is not acceptable, as the whole point is to maintain the high-res stream throughout the Digital Chain.

I *could* string a really long wire across my living room and connect the headphones to my AV receiver in that way, but i'm trying to avoid a long cord to get tripped over.

Yes, I could just watch the content on my iphone screen, but i want to use my bigger TV for a more cinematic experience.

I already have a good audio setup for private listening, can I extend this to/from the appleTv?
