Actively working with several physicians from several different hospital systems each which had their own electronic charts. That would be helpful if I had a device that would automatically send my compliance with treatment plans. I’m wondering, which of the watches do that and perhaps save the most money

not out of the box, but if a third party app was developed for the watch that could do those things suppose, but of cause if there were not a cheap app already in watch app store that could do that, then having some developer develop such an app for you would be a path toward opposite of saving most money
I agree with Rudegar. My cardiologist is in a practice that developed their own app and so did my primary care physician’s group. Unfortunately, it’s not a one size fits all situation.
