You could go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, sort the app list by Name and take multiple screenshots.

This list already exists on iOS 18. Open the Settings App and scan all the way down to Apps. Tap Apps and every app you have will be listed alphabetically there.
Yes, that I am aware. Was doing that when I changed phones.
An export option and keeping as a document would be a good feature, which can also be shown within category instead of alphabetically or in order of being installed or random order. Also defunct or discontinued apps should not show.
