How to categorize apps in App Library on iPhone?
there should be a way to edit which catagory your apps in app libary go into

There is no way to change how the App Library sorts apps. It's merely a convenience to be able to find an app or a placeholder if you don't want an app on your home screen. You can still create folders of apps on your home page(s) and you can name those folders anything you want.
