after 18.1 released my face ID start to give error and after I update it worked just fine... then in the next day it start give error agan

That’s a hardware fault. make an appointment at the Genius Bar and have it checked.

Hello~ I believe that qualifies as a hardware issue and would need a repair as well.

My iphone had a crack over the true depth camera and it also quit working so check for any cracks
