Why is Mac Keeper still a thing? Mac Keeper is a scam run by money-hungry individuals who use harsh marketing techniques to get you to buy their subscription. Once, after downloading Mac Keeper, it said I had 30 viruses when, in reality, I had none. Then, the support person (who all have fake avatar names and is most likely run by one person) requested to control my computer, where the person added a screen containing capabilities at any time on my Mac, as well as turned Mac Keeper in the background to monitor every activity. This application is harmful for those who do not understand how to use computers compared to others. Why is it still a thing that is still installable? Should it be taken down?!

You cannot delete the Guest user in macOS. All you can do is set it to not allow guests to log in.

What leads you to think that your Mac has been hacked?

also, Guest can not save files form login-to login.

So its impact is close to none, and it can't store anything that persists. That is not a threat to you.
