Why is my iPhone microphone being used by unknown apps?

After upgrading to latest iOS 18.1 sometimes the orange dot just pops up without me using an app and in privacy it says used by unknown . Is this a bug or another problem how can I solve it ?

Microphone unknown app listening in while not using phone I often see the orange dot in my screen indicating that the microphone is listening in from an unknown app. I have closed all apps on my phone and have also disabled the microphone for all applications in settings. Still, I keep seeing the orange dot. I find it very worrisome. Anyone knows what this could be and how I can stop it?

Same! Constantly on, checked all apps etc orange light is doing my box in. iPhone 15pro max
