If you notice an orange dot at the top of your iPhone screen, it indicates that an app is currently using your microphone.
To identify which app is accessing the microphone, swipe down from the top-right corner to open the Control Center; the app's name should be displayed at the top.
You can manage microphone permissions by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, where you can toggle access for individual apps.
Additionally, enabling the App Privacy Report in Settings > Privacy & Security > App Privacy Report allows you to monitor how often apps access your microphone and other sensitive data over the past seven days.
If the orange dot persists without a clear cause, try restarting your iPhone, as it might be a system glitch.
