Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I bought a Av adapter and when I plug the lightning in my phone it says that the accessory can’t be used because it requires too much power.
How can I fix it ?

What is the make & model of this adapter? What are you connecting your iPhone to with this adapter? Is it MFi-certified?
Then I suggest that you get the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter for this purpose.
Perhaps the 'second link' Tesserax supplied to an Apple product
may do more for your search effort, than this otherwise helpful(?)
