If they have access to your Apple Account credentials, and your account security and password management was somewhat lax, yes.


It's unfortunately fairly common for folks to get phished, or to have their accounts taken over after password re-use, and this particularly if two-factor authentication is not enabled.


Two-factor authentication provides a last-chance means to avoid take-over.


Sharing an Apple Account is a whole 'nother mess.
