I have a 24-inch, M1, 2021 desktop. Serial # H*********W1, running Sonoma 14.1.1
I do not believe this computer has any kind of audio output jack. Bluetooth, yes, but not an actual output jack.
Am I correct?

Look again. Both the two-port and the four-port variants of the 24" M1 iMac have a headphone jack on the left edge of the display, as shown in the respective Quick Start Guides.
