NFC does not turn off

hi, the NFC function does not turn off on the apple watch, I tried all the options, maybe someone knows the answer?

when I left my wrists, the screen twitches a little, it doesn't activate smoothly, but when the screen goes off, everything is fine. maybe it's because of NFC?
