Unable to find App Store on my iPad
There is no App Store on my Apple iPad and I cannot download or update any app

The App Store is built in and cannot be deleted.
It can be hidden, or moved into a folder or to the App Library, or restricted by Screen Time restrictions.
Check Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➜ Installing Apps, and make sure it's set to allow.
If it is, check the App Library or other Home Screens to try to find it.
