I cant find my app store .

Try using the SpotLight Search feature from your iPad Home Screen...
Simply touch any empty area of a Home Screen with your finger - other than the extreme edges or corners of the screen - and swipe downwards to expose the Search dialogue. Enter App Store in the Search dialogue.
