New iPad not uploading Facebook, messages or second instagram account

I have set up my new iPad with iCloud backup and there are issues with uploading Facebook. Via the app it asks for log in but does not accept the password. It does not automatically set up a Facebook request notification on another device to enable set up. Messages app is empty and not synced and it also does not allow set up if second instagram account, which is frustrating. How do I resolve these three issues? I have deleted all the apps and reinstalled and still there is an issue.
