Cell phone not ringing on incoming call

My Iphone quit ringing on incoming calls just a few days ago? It has sound when watching a reel / video, banner comes up when a call comes in but no ringer tone? Does anyone know a fix? And has anyone contacted Apple?? I've tried turning off "Business Connect ID" but it did not work for me.

Troubleshooting iPhone Ringer:


A. Disable Do Not Disturb:

  1. Open: Control Center (Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen).
  2. Tap: Focus
  3. Tap: Do Not Disturb (so that it is greyed-out)
