Is the airpods pro (2nd generation) from Amazon with model MTJV3LL/A for $199 the same as ones offered through the Apple Store for $249? Why would anyone pay more if they are the same? I just bought the ones from Amazon but have not opened the box. I don't mind paying more if the ones from the Apple Store are somehow better. An important feature I want is the new hearing aid functionality.

I recently bought my AirPod Pros 2 from Amazon to save the $$. I made sure they offered the USB-c port. Mine do. They work fine and do everything I want. I was able to take the hearing test. I have no idea why there is such a price difference but have learned that Amazon sometimes offers great sales. They also have a good return policy so if there had been an issue, I could have returned them.
